Celebrating Your Success: Natasha Ahio
Natasha is a graduate of the CRM System Administrator Micro-Credential Level 4 [CRM-ADMIN L4] delivered in Tāmaki Makaurau, Auckland, in partnership with TupuToa.
At the time that Natasha applied, she was working in a non-tech role, had NCEA high school qualifications, with no previous tech or Salesforce CRM experience.
“My motivation for doing the micro-credential was to learn something new, step out of my comfort zone, and be able to work in a stable good income job.
At first I felt nervous, thinking everyone was smarter than me, but as we worked together in groups, I learnt that we are on the same page and I felt relaxed.”
Natasha went on to complete the micro-credential, and passed the Salesforce Administrator Certification Exam on her first attempt! Natasha has joined the team at TupuToa as their Business Systems Administrator.

- Salesforce Admin Super Badges | Completed on Trailhead during the micro-credential.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator | After completing the NZALI Intensive Exam Preparation Workshop
- Employed in a tech role in New Zealand.
