Celebrating Your Success: Tania Tukuitoga
Tania is a graduate of the CRM System Administrator Micro-Credential Level 4 [CRM-ADMIN L4] delivered in Tāmaki Makaurau, Auckland, in partnership with TupuToa.
Upon applying, Tania had high school qualifications, was working as a Project CSR in a recruitment organisation, and was using Salesforce in her current role.
Familiar with the CRM space, Tania’s motivations for doing this micro-credential were multi-faceted:
“To move my career into a different path, further Pasifika women in tech, and provide a pathway my younger family can follow.”
Tania, originally from Niue, found the structure of the programme to be ‘very tailored to a multi-cultural group, and easy to participate’.
Tania achieved the micro-credential, and passed the Salesforce Administrator Certification Exam on her first attempt! With the placement support from TupuToa, Tania has since joined the team at MediaWorks in a tech role that uses the Salesforce CRM system.

- Salesforce Admin Super Badges | Completed on Trailhead during the micro-credential.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator | After completing the NZALI Intensive Exam Preparation Workshop
- Employed in a tech role in New Zealand.
